Great location - near tram stops and very good Wi-Fi, our room was spotless
Complimentary tea/coffee in reception. Good location, walk to the train station and near to everything
The room had a nice balcony. The staff are great & made us feel welcome.
The room was rather disappointing, we expected better.
Great boutique hotel in the centre of Amsterdam. I could already check in at 11 o'clock, which I really appreciate, because I also left early.
Currently (February 2019) construction work is taking place, but will not start until around 10 am. Therefore no negative evaluation.
The ambience was beautiful and the location very central. It was very inviting.
For 650€, i.e. more than 325€ per night, it can be a little more luxurious.
We chose this hotel because we wanted a short distance from Centraal station to the hotel. The hotel was as described. The bed very good. The staff friendly. Breakfast was very good. The location, not far from the train station, is very central, many things are within walking distance. Even though there are more beautiful locations in Amsterdam, I would like to choose this hotel again for a short trip at any time.
The Bussiness room with PC and printer for free use for all guests I found a super service!
Beautiful hotel! I love the style of the hotel. The rooms were very nicely furnished and very clean. The staff was very nice. Breakfast was fantastic. The hotel is located in the city centre, which means we had the best location! We were very satisfied with everything!
The location was excellent, a few minutes walk to the main station and right in the heart of Amsterdam. Very courteous staff.
Excellent friendly and efficient front desk! Rooms perfect and clean. Great location in the heart of Amsterdam and at an easy 5 mins walking distance from Amsterdam Centraal train station, which has a direct and fast connection to Schiphol Airport. Nice small touches such as a coffee maker in the room and an excuse letter from management for possible noise from road works outside the hotel (no noise heard inside!) tell a spoiled traveler like myself that this hotel takes a good service really seriously.
No comments, it was just perfect.
Tram noise, lack of free WiFI
Great Location and friently reception staff.
The staff were extremely helpful and professional. A very friendly place.
Dirty neighbourhood. Lots of smoke cafes, head shops etc. Very shady characters at night.
We stayed here for 3 nights and loved every minute. The breakfasts were worth the extra money, what a treat every morning. The location was perfect. We were presented with champagne and a variety of sweets upon our arrival for our wedding anniversary. A nice touch!! Would return again to this hotel. Rooms were soundproof and modern.
Extra charge for internet in the room. Major complaint among guests.
Friendly staff, excellent location, good breakfast, clean rooms.
It is a nice hotel but please remember that it has nothing extra compared to 100 Euro/per day hotels. You are simply paying for the location. If you do not need such a central location, paying these prices for this hotel is absolute waste. Rooms are very small. One thing which was really annoying was the toilet papers provided in the rooms. I think if they gave newspaper pages instead of the toilet papers they gave, wiping would be more comfortable. Charging almost 250 euros for a 20 square meter room per night but providing those worst toilet papers in the world is a huge insult to customers. I will never stay at this hotel again.
